These terms and conditions outline the terms and conditions for the use of the forums.group platform located at https://forums.group with a range of seperate forums found as subdomains (e.g. https://freedemo.forums.group, etc.)

1. Contract of Use

By accessing the forums.group website and subdomains (hereinafter referred to as "forums.group") you enter into a contract of use with the operator of the website (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these regulations, you may no longer use the forums.group websites. For the use of forms.group, the rules published here apply. The contract of use is concluded for an indefinite period of time and can be terminated by either party at any time without notice.

2. Granting of Rights of Use

With the creation of a post, etc. you grant the operator a simple, temporally and spatially unlimited and free right to use your post within the forums.

The operator of the board exercises the domiciliary right. In the event of violations of these terms of use or other rules published on the board, the operator can exclude you temporarily or permanently from the use of this board after issuing a warning and ban you from the house.

You acknowledge that the operator is not responsible for the content of posts that he has not created himself or that he has not taken note of. You allow the operator to delete or block your user account, contributions and functions at any time.

You hereby grant Forums.Group a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Furthermore, you allow the operator to change your contributions if they violate the above rules or are suitable to cause damage to the operator or a third party.

This service resides on webservers in Germany and German laws are applicable at all times. You undertake not to make any posts that violate the laws of Germany and this includes no posts on Holocaust Denial and no extremeist hate speech on ther left or right of the political spectrum. Further, you undertake to make no attacks on others based on that race, gender or their religious beliefs of any religion.

4. General Public License

Forums.group makes use of phpBB open source forum software. You acknowledge that phpBB is a forum software provided under the "GNU General Public License v2" (GPL) by phpBB Limited (www.phpbb.com); German language information is provided by the German language community at www.phpbb.de Neither has any influence on the way the software is used. In particular, they cannot prohibit the use of the software for certain purposes or influence the content of external forums.

5. Warranty

With the exception of injury to life, body and health and the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the operator is only liable for damages that are due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct. This also applies to indirect consequential damages such as, in particular, loss of profit.

Except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent conduct or in the case of damages resulting from injury to life, body and health and the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability to consumers is limited to the damages typically foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and otherwise to the amount of average damages typical for the contract. This shall also apply to indirect consequential damages such as, in particular, loss of profit.

Except in cases of injury to life, body and health or intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the operator, liability to entrepreneurs is limited to the damages typically foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and otherwise to the amount of the average damages typical for the contract. This also applies to indirect damages, in particular loss of profit.

The limitation of liability in paragraphs a to c shall also apply analogously in favour of the employees and vicarious agents of the Operator.

Claims for liability arising from mandatory national law remain unaffected.

6. Terms are Subject to Change

The operator is entitled to change the terms of use and the privacy policy. The user will be informed of the change by e-mail.

The User is entitled to object to the changes. In the event of an objection, the existing contractual relationship between the Operator and the User shall expire with immediate effect.

The changes are considered accepted and binding when the User has agreed to the changes.

7. Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

Government agencies;
Search engines;
News organizations;
